Tidy Home Cleaning Service – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Tidy Home! We are dedicated to delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
At Tidy Home, we stand by the quality of our work with a 24-Hour Guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with any area of your home that we’ve cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return within 24 hours to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
2. Quotes & Additional Charges
Quotes are based on the details provided by the client regarding home size, number of rooms, and cleaning needs.
If additional services are requested after the initial quote is provided, extra charges may apply.
If the scope of work changes significantly (e.g., more rooms than anticipated or heavy soiling), we reserve the right to adjust the final price. Any changes will be discussed with the client before work begins.
3. Cancellation & Lockout Fee Policy
Cancellations: Your first cancellation is free. For any subsequent cancellations, a $50 fee will apply if less than 24 hours' notice is provided before your scheduled service.
Lockout Fee: If we are unable to access your home for any reason, a lockout fee will be charged. We will wait up to 15 minutes for entry; after that, the service will be considered canceled. For first-time lockouts, a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
4. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
